Request account deletion

If you cannot use the app, you can request deletion of your ILJI account by email.

Can you sign in to the app?

The Delete account option in Settings is the fastest way to verify and complete your request.

Can’t access the app?

Tell us your account email and sign-in method (email, Google, Kakao, or Apple). We’ll verify your identity before processing the request.

Before you request deletion

  • Your ILJI account and personal data linked to it will be deleted.
  • Events shared with a team remain as team work records, and photos are deleted 90 days after upload.
  • App Store or Google Play subscriptions must be canceled separately in the store.
