Ask better questions in ILJI AI

A good question does not need to be long or technical. Say when, what, which status, and how you want the result whenever those details matter.

Four useful parts of a question

• Period: Today, this week, or August 1 through August 15
• Subject: Work schedules, a customer, an installation job, or a specific team
• Status: Upcoming, completed, canceled, or all
• Result: A list, count, total, comparison, summary, or chart

Turn a broad question into a clear one

• “Have I been busy lately?” → “Show completed job counts by week for the last four weeks.”
• “Schedules with Alex” → “Show completed jobs with Alex this year, newest first.”
• “Show revenue” → “Compare the total amount from completed jobs this month with last month.”
• “When am I free?” → “Find a two-hour weekday-afternoon opening next week, including 30 minutes for travel.”

If the first answer is not what you meant

   Review whether the answer used the dates, schedule type, and status you intended.

   Add one missing condition

   Continue in the same chat with a short follow-up such as “Only the completed ones.”

   Try the words used in your records

   A title or work-form term you actually saved can make the intended schedules easier to find.

   Review the original records

   If a schedule remains missing, check whether it has the expected date, status, or field value.
