Find openings that work in real life

• Add acceptable hours, such as weekdays between 9 AM and 5 PM, instead of saying only next week.
• Allow extra time for travel and preparation in addition to the job itself.
• If team schedules matter, clearly say which calendars should be considered.
• Include lunch or regular breaks that are not recorded in Calendar.
• When several openings are suggested, open nearby schedules and check whether travel between locations is practical.
