An ILJI work schedule can hold much more than an appointment time. With the right form, customer details, field checks, photos, work time, and the completed document stay connected in one schedule.
1. Prepare the workflow you will repeat
Create a work form with the customer information and on-site checklist you need. Enable documents, messages, a timer, and photos when they belong in the workflow.
2. Create the customer job
- 01
Choose a work schedule and form
Use Quick form for simple work or the appropriate reusable work form for detailed records.
- 02
Enter the date and customer
Linking a contact lets you review this work later in the customer's schedule history.
- 03
Review the location and job details
Enter what you need for calling, navigation, and preparation.
- 04
Choose reminders and assignees
For team work, include every member actually responsible.
- 05
Prepare customer guidance if needed
Review a confirmation message, then send it yourself from the device's messaging app.
3. Record the work on site
- Before starting, review the checklist and take any before photos.
- Start the timer and record a start location when needed.
- Enter inspection results and amounts as they are confirmed.
- At the end, add after photos and stop the timer.
- Review required fields and unfinished checklist items.
4. Complete and share
- 01
Mark the schedule complete
First make sure every needed record was saved.
- 02
Open the document preview
Review customer details, work, photos, amounts, and business information.
- 03
Collect a customer signature if needed
Check that the signature appears correctly in the document.
- 04
Create and share the PDF
Choose how to deliver it from your device's share menu.
5. Use the record for the next job
Before booking again, open the contact to review the earlier completed schedule and work. If the same task repeats, add any repeatedly missed check to the form for more consistent records next time.
