Delete your account

If you no longer want to use ILJI, you can delete your account from the app. If you cannot log in, use the website support page to request deletion.

Delete from the app

   Open More

   Choose More from the bottom bar.

   Go to Login information

   Open the sign-in details for your account.

3. 03

   Choose Delete account

   Review the information and complete identity verification.

   Confirm deletion

   After deletion is complete, you can no longer access the account.

If you cannot use the app

Open Account management and account deletion on the ILJI website support page for request instructions. Information may be needed to identify the account and verify that the request comes from its owner.

Account deletion cannot be undone. Personal data in My Calendar is subject to deletion, while schedules and work records shared in a team calendar can remain as team assets. Your Google, Apple, or Kakao account itself is not deleted.
