Set up home screen widgets

See today's schedules, a month calendar, or a D-Day from your home screen.

Add an ILJI widget to review schedules from your home screen without opening the app first.

Available widgets

  • Today's schedules: A small or medium view of today's upcoming plans
  • Month calendar: A large view of this month's dates and schedules
  • D-Day: A small view of one selected important date

Add a widget on iPhone

  1. 01

    Press and hold an empty area on the Home Screen

    When the app icons begin to move, tap the option to add a widget.

  2. 02

    Search for ILJI

    Choose ILJI from the widget list.

  3. 03

    Choose a type and size

    Add Today's schedules, Month calendar, or D-Day.

  4. 04

    Choose a D-Day

    For a D-Day widget, use Edit Widget to select the saved date to display.

Add a widget on Android

  1. 01

    Press and hold an empty area on the Home Screen

    Open Widgets and find ILJI.

  2. 02

    Place the widget

    Press and hold the type you want, or choose Add, and move it to the Home Screen.

  3. 03

    Choose content when needed

    For a D-Day widget, select one of your saved dates during setup or from its configuration.

  4. 04

    Adjust its size and position

    Move or resize it within the options supported by your device.

Schedules shown in widgets

  • Widgets can include My Calendar and schedules from team calendars enabled for overlay.
  • When Assigned to me is on with Team, the same filter applies to team schedules in widgets.
  • Under Widget privacy in More, choose whether a work schedule shows its address or work-form name.
  • Quick form work schedules use their title regardless of that address-or-form choice.

If a widget does not update right away

  1. 01

    Open ILJI once

    Opening the app sends the latest schedule and D-Day information to the widgets again.

  2. 02

    Check the date and calendar settings

    Review today's date, team overlays, and Assigned to me.

  3. 03

    Check the widget again

    The operating system can take a short time to refresh the Home Screen.

  4. 04

    Re-add it if it remains outdated

    Remove the widget from the Home Screen, then add the same type again.
