Get to know ILJI
Learn the five main areas of ILJI and how they work together.
4 min read
ILJI brings your schedule, work records, and schedule insights together in one place. To get started, all you need to know are the five tabs at the bottom of the app.
The five main tabs
- Calendar: View your month and the events on a selected day. You can also switch between your calendar and team calendars here.
- Search · AI: Find saved events by name, phone number, address, and more, or ask ILJI AI about your schedule. The tab label changes to AI while AI mode is active.
- Add: Create a personal or work schedule. Open it with the + button in the center.
- Contacts: Manage work, personal, and other contacts, and review the schedule history for each contact.
- More: Manage work forms, message templates, Shareable documents, reminders, appearance, widgets, and your account.
A simple way to use ILJI
- 01
Create a schedule
Tap Add in the center of the bottom bar, choose Personal or Work, and enter the details you need.
- 02
Find it on your calendar
Your saved schedule appears on its date in the calendar and daily schedule list.
- 03
Add records as you go
Open the schedule to edit it or mark it complete. Depending on the work form, you can also use checklists, photos, and timers.
- 04
Find and use it later
Use Search to find a past schedule, or ask ILJI AI about counts, trends, and open time in your calendar.
A good order for getting started
- Create one personal schedule and check how its date, time, location, and notes appear.
- If you record the same kind of work repeatedly, browse a ready-made work form or create your own.
- Save people you work with in Contacts, then connect them to work schedules to build history.
- If you work with others, create a team calendar and start sharing schedules and assignees.
- Once you have more records, use Search and ILJI AI to find past work, review counts, and locate open time.
Before leaving an editor
Information that has not been saved can be lost when you leave a schedule or form editor. Save first if you need to check another area, then confirm the result from the new schedule's details or Calendar.
