Use ILJI without an internet connection
Learn what works offline and what to check after reconnecting.
5 min read
If your connection drops, you can still review schedules and contacts already stored on the device and create or edit personal and work schedules in My Calendar. ILJI sends pending changes after you reconnect.
What you can do offline
- Review personal and work schedules and contacts already stored on the device
- Create, edit, complete, cancel, or delete schedules in My Calendar
- Search schedules that have already synced to the device
- Read earlier AI chats stored on the device
What needs an internet connection
- Joining team calendars, managing members, and changing team schedules
- Asking ILJI AI questions or using web search
- Checking, buying, or changing a subscription and completing account checks
- Opening older schedules that have not yet downloaded to this device
What to know while working offline
- When the offline notice appears, continue with schedules in My Calendar and wait to change team schedules until you reconnect.
- Tasks that need an external connection, such as photo uploads and new AI questions, must be tried again later.
- Even if you use several devices, an offline change does not appear elsewhere until synchronization finishes.
- A schedule that has not downloaded to the current device cannot be opened or searched while offline.
After you reconnect
- 01
Open ILJI again
Connect to a stable network, open the app, and allow a little time for pending changes.
- 02
Review the schedules you changed
Make sure schedules created offline and any status changes still appear in Calendar.
- 03
Check schedule sync
Open Schedule sync under More to see the last successful time or a failure message.
- 04
Check another device afterward
If you use more than one device, wait for the first device to finish syncing before reviewing the update elsewhere.
