Search saved schedules
Find past and upcoming schedules from the details you remember.
4 min read
Use the Search tab even when you do not remember an exact title. A partial name, phone number, or address can find saved schedules from both the past and the future.
What you can search
- Schedule title and location
- Customer name and phone number
- Address and address details
- Notes saved with the schedule
- 01
Open Search
Choose Search from the bottom bar and stay in regular search mode.
- 02
Enter what you remember
Enter at least two characters. For a phone number, four or more digits can match part of a saved formatted number.
- 03
Choose a status range
Narrow results to All, Scheduled, Completed, or Canceled when needed.
- 04
Review the results
Closer matches appear first, with newer schedules first when matches are similar. Results are grouped by year.
- 05
Load more or open a schedule
Scroll down to load more when there are many results, then tap a schedule to review its full record.
If no results appear
- Make sure the query is long enough, then try a shorter, more distinctive word.
- Switch the status range to All in case completed or canceled schedules were excluded.
- If the schedule is older than your sync range, open More > Schedule sync, choose a wider range, and let synchronization finish.
- Values entered only in custom work-form fields are not included in regular search, so try the title, customer details, address, or notes instead.
Schedules already synchronized to your device can be searched without an internet connection. On a new device or just after reinstalling, first download the schedules covered by your selected sync range.
