Switch and overlay team calendars

Focus on one team or view selected team schedules over My Calendar.

Tap the calendar name at the top to move between My Calendar and the team calendars you belong to.

View one team calendar

Select a team calendar to focus on that team's work and recurring schedules. New schedules are saved to the team calendar currently selected.

Go to My Calendar
Choose My Calendar from the calendar selector.

Select teams to show
In overlay settings, turn on the team calendars you want to include.

Review schedules together
Your schedules and team schedules appear on the same dates, with calendar indicators showing where each belongs.

Create a shared calendar and bring members in with an invite link.

With Team, bring your assigned work from multiple teams into one view.
