Set up a team calendar from start to finish
Prepare a team, invite members, and confirm the first shared and assigned schedules.

A team calendar is more than a place to see schedules together. It gives the team shared forms and a common way to assign work. A small test schedule before real work helps everyone agree on how to use it.
1. Choose the team basics
- Use a recognizable team name such as a branch, site, or project.
- Have each member choose a display name and color that are easy to identify.
- Let each member decide whether to receive all team reminders or only assigned ones.
2. Invite the members
- 01
Send the invite link to the intended people
Share it only with people who should see the team's schedules and work records.
- 02
Confirm the joined accounts
Check names and the member count in member management.
- 03
Review display names
If names are the same, add a branch or role to tell them apart.
3. Prepare the shared workflow
Create a shared work form when the team will repeatedly use the same checklist or fields. Start with the essentials, use it once or twice, and then add anything the team genuinely missed.
4. Check the first schedule together
- 01
Create a simple test schedule
Confirm that the correct team calendar and shared form are selected.
- 02
Choose assignees
Assign one or more members and check each person's Assigned-to-me view.
- 03
Review another member's screen
Check that details, assignees, and reminders appear as the team expects.
- 04
Clean up the test schedule
Delete it or clearly mark it as a test so it is not mistaken for real work.
