A move-in cleaning schedule that says only “9:00 a.m., 34 pyeong” leaves too much to discover on site.
The customer may expect exterior windows while the crew was told to clean only the interior frames. Remaining furniture, parking, or access delays can push the entire day behind schedule.

Confirm the Scope Before Relying on Floor Area
Ask whether the space is empty, construction is finished, and appliance interiors or range hoods are included. Separate services such as exterior windows or severe mold removal should be identified early. Homes with the same floor area can require different crew sizes and durations.
- Areas included and excluded
- Keys, access procedures, electricity, and water
- Remaining items and construction status
- Crew size and required equipment
- How the customer will review the finished work
Reconfirm Conditions Before Starting On Site
If the site differs from the booking information, tell the customer before starting. Explain any extra scope, time, or cost and obtain agreement. Photos and notes can distinguish pre-existing damage or stains that may not be removable.
Show What Was Completed
Review the agreed areas. For an absent customer, organize before-and-after photos by areas such as kitchen, bathroom, and window frames. If work remains, record the reason, follow-up date, and assignee.
Managing Cleaning Schedules in ILJI
Connect the customer and assignee to a cleaning schedule, then use a work form for site-specific checks. The worker can keep start and finish times and photos with the schedule, then share the completed record as a document or PDF.
ILJI does not calculate the quote or decide extra charges. It helps the team keep the agreed scope, on-site changes, and final checks together.
For the next booking, record what is included, what is excluded, what to check on arrival, and which completion photos to take.
