Set up schedules that span days or repeat on a pattern.

5 min read

Use the date section on the Add screen to set an end date or a repeat. Available options can vary with the schedule type and work form you chose.

All-day and multi-day schedules

  • Turn on All day to show a schedule by date without start and end times.
  • Choose an end date after the start date for a schedule that spans multiple days.
  • All-day schedules are available when the selected work form supports them.

Recurring schedules

  • Repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.
  • Keep the repeat going, or end it on a date or after a number of occurrences.
  • Each occurrence appears on its date in Calendar.

Decide these details before saving

  1. 01

Decide whether the schedule occupies a time

All day works well for a holiday or anniversary. Enter start and end times for a visit or job where timing matters.

  2. 02

Separate one long event from repeated work

Use an end date for one trip or project that spans days. Use a repeat when the work starts again on each date.

  3. 03

Check when the repeat should end

For a course or inspection period, set the final date or number of occurrences in advance.

  4. 04

    Review nearby dates after saving

Check the start, end, and next occurrence in the month view to make sure the pattern is what you intended.
