Change one or more recurring schedules

When you edit or delete an occurrence, ILJI asks which part of the recurring schedule should be affected. Choose the range that matches your change.

Choose the affected occurrences

• This occurrence: Change only the schedule on the selected date.
• This and following: Apply the change from the selected date onward.
• All occurrences: Apply the change across the entire recurring schedule.

Which option should I use?

Use This occurrence for a one-time time change. Use This and following when the regular time changes from now on. Choose All occurrences when you want to revise the repeat as a whole.

Common examples

• Only this week's lesson starts an hour later: This occurrence
• Weekly visits change time starting next month: Open the first changed date and choose This and following
• The regular Tuesday schedule will now happen every Thursday: Review and change the whole repeat rule
• One date is a day off: Delete This occurrence on that date
