Use voice input and manage AI chats

You can dictate a question instead of typing, create chats for different topics, and return to earlier questions on the same device.

Ask with your voice

   Tap the microphone in the input bar

   The first time, allow microphone or speech-recognition access.

2. 02

   Say your question

   When dictation finishes, review the text that was entered.

3. 03

   Correct it and send

   Fix any misheard date or name before sending for a more accurate answer.

Manage chat history

AI chats are stored on the device you are using and do not automatically sync to another device. Delete one from the chat list, or clear all chats from Storage settings under More.

If dictation is inaccurate

• Say dates and names slowly in a quieter place.
• Correct customer names and places with the keyboard before sending.
• If the microphone does not start, check ILJI's microphone and speech-recognition permissions in device settings.
• If one sentence is too long, say the period, subject, and request in shorter parts.
