Storage settings under More lets you clear temporary files and AI chats kept on your device.
What you can clear
- Image cache and temporary files: Remove local temporary data that can be loaded again when needed.
- AI chat history: Delete AI conversations stored on the current device.
What is not deleted
Clearing temporary files does not delete your account, schedules, contacts, or team data. Removing AI chats also leaves the original schedules and any answer feedback or quality information already sent unchanged.
Which item should I clear?
- If photos load slowly or app storage has grown, start with the image cache and temporary files.
- Delete one or all AI chats when you no longer need those conversations.
- To change how much history regular search covers, review Schedule sync instead of storage cleanup.
- To remove the account and personal data, use account deletion rather than storage cleanup.
