Work records and documents

Choose between Quick form and a work form

Choose the right form for the work details you need to keep.

When you create a work schedule, choose Quick form or one of your saved work forms. The right choice depends on how much detail the job needs.

Quick form

Use Quick form when a title, location, checklist, and notes are enough. It works well for simple jobs that do not need structured customer details, field records, or a document.

Work forms

  • Standard work details such as name, phone number, email, address, and amount
  • Custom fields and checklists designed for your work
  • Messages, a work timer, and before-and-after photos when enabled by the form
  • Document preview and PDF sharing after completion

Choose by situation

  • A short internal task or simple one-time appointment: Quick form
  • A visit where each schedule needs customer contact and address details: Work form
  • A job that repeats the same inspection points at every site: Work form with a checklist
  • Work that needs elapsed time or before-and-after photos: Work form with those tools enabled
  • A job that ends with a customer document or PDF: A document-supported work form
