Call, navigate, and use On my way from a work schedule

When a work schedule has a phone number and address, you can contact the customer and prepare for the visit directly from its details.

Call or open the map

• Tap the phone number in Basic information to open your device's phone app.
• Tap the map below the address to open the location in Apple Maps on iPhone or Google Maps on Android.
• If coordinates are unavailable, the map app can still search using the saved address.

Share an arrival estimate with On my way

   Tap On my way in the work schedule

   It is available in the detail screen when the selected work form includes this workflow tool.

2. 02

   Choose an estimate

   Select how long you expect it will take before you arrive.

3. 03

   Review and send

   Check the prepared wording, then send it yourself from your device's messaging app.

If calling or maps do not open

• Make sure the full phone number and address are saved on the schedule.
• After editing a linked contact, check that the schedule shows the current details.
• Make sure a supported map app is installed and can open links on the device.
• If the map points elsewhere, add the detailed address or building name and check it again.
• Calling may be unavailable on a device without phone capability, such as some tablets.
