Join a team calendar from an invite link

Open an invite link from a team member to review the team calendar and its current members before joining.

Join the invited team

   Open the invite link

   If ILJI is installed, the team join screen opens in the app. If a webpage opens, use its option to open or install the app.

2. 02

   Review the invitation

   Check the team calendar name, symbol, and current members.

3. 03

   Enter your team display name

   Choose the name other members will see for you in this team.

4. 04

   Complete joining

   After joining, the team calendar opens and its shared schedules become available.

Why an invitation may not work

• The invite link has expired or is no longer valid
• The team calendar already has 10 members
• You have reached the number of team calendars available on your plan
• The team owner previously removed you and has not yet allowed you to rejoin
